O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the order dated 30.05.2007, wherein cancellation of the petitioner's appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher at the instance of the fourth respondent.

2. At the time of entertaining the writ petition, interim stay was granted against the cancellation of the appointment of the petitioner and the said order was made absolute on 13.11.2017.

3. The fourth respondent filed a writ petition in W.P.No.15577 of 2007, wherein the fourth respondent challenged the appointment of the petitioner and the said writ petition was dismissed as having become infructuous, after recording the endorsement made by the petitioner therein on 11.06.2009.

4. In view of the above facts, as the petitioner continued service by way of an interim order, pending this writ petition and challenging the appointment order of the petitioner has also became final in W.P.No.15777 of 2007, the appointment of the petitioner becomes final. Hence, no further adjudication required in this application. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
