This petition is filed to condone the delay of 117 days in filing restoration petition in order to restore the W.P.No.30075 of 2014 which was dismissed on 05.01.2023.

2. Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3 and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for R4 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered and W.P.No.30075 of 2014 is restored to file.
