The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to pass final order by considering his representation dated 10.07.2024

2. According to the petitioner, the patta for the property in Survey Nos.998 and 999 in Kaalapatti village, Coimbatore district originally stood in the name of petitioner's forefathers. The 3rd respondent obtained patta in his name by producing document which were not legally tenable. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to 1st respondent seeking cancellation of the patta issued in the name of 3rd respondent and issue of fresh patta in the name of the petitioner. The said representation has not been considered by the 1st respondent till date.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/5

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to 3rd respondent.
