The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have decided to file a petition under Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act and hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition. The learned counsel further submitted that the respondent has withdrawn the H.M.O.P No.604 of 2019 filed by him seeking for restitution of conjugal rights pending before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore.

In view of the above submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this transfer miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
