Vinothraja, learned Government Advocte (Crl.Side), who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
