A.No.4325 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st defendant R.Kumar, pending disposal of the suit and A.No.4327 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record respondents 3 to 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant R.Kumar in C.S.No.30 of 2022, pending disposal of the suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as respondents.

3. The first defendant is reported dead and admittedly, the proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant.
