ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.236 of 2014 dated 22.11.2014.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint dated 8.8.2014 given by him as against one Karuna Moorthi, a case was registered in Crime No.236 of 2014. Though the case was registered as early as in the year 2014, till date, no final report was filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in

Crime No.236 of 2014 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
