Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.351/2011/F1, dated 21.12.2015 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass necessary orders for approval of the revised layout final approval by taking note of communication sent by the 1st respondent dated 18.06.2015 and 08.10.2015.
