ORDER

This Original Petition has been filed by the father of the child seeking for his permanent custody and also to appoint himself as guardian of the 1/3

minor children 1)Rithesh aged about 8 years & 2)R.Reshmika aged about 5 years the petitioner.

2.The Original Petition had been returned to this Court on recording of Memorandum of Compromise jointly filed by the petitioner and the respondents. The petitioner and the respondents are present in the Court today. This Court had questioned the parties present before this Court as to whether they are aware of the contents of the Memorandum of Compromise, it is to whether the same has been explained to them in detail. The respective parties submitted that the Memorandum of Compromise has been read and explained to them in Tamil and they are agreeable to the joint Memorandum of Compromise.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Original Petition is closed in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise which shall form part of this order.
