This petition is filed to condone the delay of 229 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.32,400/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appellant is 75 years old and he could not mobilize the funds. That apart, prevailing covid-19 situation, contributed his inability to gather fund.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and accepting the reasons, the delay of 229 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.32,400/- is condoned and the petition is ordered.
