This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 08.03.2024 in C.C.No.637 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Coimbatore.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 83 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
