This petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 04.07.2023 on condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner seeks for relaxation of the condition to report before the Investigating Officer daily.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the investigation is almost completed and the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.

The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
