The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 27.07.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.15458 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on summons if required by the Investigating Officer instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.
