This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7759 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7759 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on summons.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
