It is a case of landlord and tenant dispute. Already the tenant has approached the civil Court seeking protection from unlawful eviction. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by Palani, enquiry was conducted on 15.12.2023 and closed. 3.

Since the parties are decided to work out their remedy before the civil Court, this Court finds that the relief sought in this petition is needless.
