CMP.No.19795 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent namely K.Jayan in the above Appeal.

CMP.No.19796 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent namely K. Jayan and rank them as respondents 2 to 5 in the above Appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. This Court, by its order dated 21.01.2022 has allowed the CMP.No.19794 of 2021 on condition of payment of cost of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority attached to this Court on or before 28.01.2022 and accordingly, the cost was paid. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo along with receipt of payment of cost. The said memo is recorded.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
