Heard Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

In this writ Petition, the petitioner prays to direct the respondent to consider his representation for the grant of patta for 75 cents in Survey No.6/1, OdapalliDinna Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. According to the petitioner, pursuant to the decree passed in A.S.Nos.11 of 2016 and 16 of 2016, dated 30.04.2008, petitioner is entitled for two acres in Survey No.6/1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has granted patta only in respect of one acre and 25 cents and he has not considered his application for the balance 75 cents. The petitioner has not impleaded those parties who are respondents / defendants before the Civil Court. Thus, in the absence of the parties, the above submission of the petitioner and correctness of the report has to be verified. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In any event, it is for the respondent to consider the matter in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of, with the direction to the respondent to consider the said representation, after notice to all the concerned parties and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.
