The writ petition is filed directing the respondents 3 and 5 to hear the objection of the petitioner before granting any planning permission for development of land situated in S.Nos.522/1B, 1C, 1E and 1F.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is stated by both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and contesting respondents that when the above writ petition was pending, the technical approval for layout was granted by the 2nd respondent on 03.03.2022. Therefore, the 2/4

prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
