This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the written statement by the defendants in the suit.

2. All the defendants have filed their written statement and adopted by the 5th defendant. The pleadings are therefore completed.

3. Mr.T.V.Sekar, learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has stated that it would be appropriate that the issues are decided on merits necessarily indicating that the written statements should be taken on Board.
