PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.80/G/IS/2024 dated 15.07.2024 against the petitioner's son S.Aravind male aged about 33 years son of Soyambulingam who is confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court.
