The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 28.06.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly.

3. Recording the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police on first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
