The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13125 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the final report has been filed on completion of investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, petition to relax the condition is allowed and the condition is relaxed in toto.
