ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent police to comply with the order in Crl.M.P.No.1147 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024 passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram and register FIR against the 2nd and 3rd respondents and investigate the same in accordance with law and file final report before the competent Court of law at earliest possible.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that based on the directions of the learned Magistrate, the respondent police already conducted enquiry and also filed a report before the Magistrate.

3. It is seen that the directions of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Pallavaram has been duly complied with by the respondent 2/5

police by way of sending a report on 21.04.2025. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before Magistrate.
