O R D E R

The petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of the suit in OS.No.11 of 2018 (wrongly mentioned as OS.No.100011 / 2018 in transfer petition) on the file of the Additional District Court, Kanchipuram. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2.A perusal of the E-Court status report shows that the suit has been posted for trial even from December 2018. Though the suit was posted in the special list between March and October 2020, no progress has been made.

3.In view of the same, this civil revision petition is allowed, the Additional District Court, Kanchipuram is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.11 of 2018 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
