The petition has been filed to relax the condition 5(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Thirupathur and report before the Inspector of Police, Thirupathur Town Police, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10803 of 2024, dated 06.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past two months; and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
