ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is already an FIR pending against the accused persons in Crime No.258 of 2019. The case is now at the stage of investigation. While so the accused persons again engaged in committing the offences and therefore a fresh complaint was given on 19.08.2019 before the 1st respondent. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions.

2.Heard, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent police.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that a case is already pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation before the respondent police in Crime No.258 of 2019, if the accused persons continue to commit any offence, the respondent police can take action in the pending FIR itself and there is no need of register a fresh FIR.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.258 of 2019 within in a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
