Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 17.11.2022 in W.P.No.28458 of 2022, the District Revenue Officer, vide proceedings dated 11.09.2024, has passed the order, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. He also produced the above said proceedings dated

11.09.2024 before this Court.
