2. After having gone through the detailed report of joint inspection conducted by the Commissioner, Tharamangalam

Municipality and the Assistant Engineer, W.R.D., Irrigation Section, Omalur, in the presence of witnesses and the petitioner herein, we are not inclined to proceed further, as the waterbody is sufficiently protected.
