This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.15274 of 2020 dated 06.02.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in pursuant to the order passed in the above Writ Petition on 06.02.2024, an order has been passed on 16.09.2024 by complying the order of this Court.

3. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the consequent monetary benefit has not been disbursed. On the other hand, some recovery order has been issued.

4. If recovery order, if any, is passed in contrary to the order of the third respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the recovery proceedings.
