The present Application has been filed to grant extention of time to the petitioner to execute the administration bond as directed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 04.04.2025 in O.P.No.6 of 2023.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3344 of 2025 in O.P.No.6 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 22.08.2025.
