This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to deposit the conditional amount imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.894 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.109 of 2024 by order dated 03.07.2024.

2.The learned counsel for petitioner submits that this Court, by order dated 03.07.2024, suspended the sentence with certain conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner to deposit 30% of the cheque amount in C.C.No.69 of 2015. The cheque amount is Rs.5,00,000/-, 30% of the cheque amount would works out to Rs.1,50,000/-. The petitioner is ready with the amount but unable to deposit the same. In proof of the same, the petitioner produced a Bank Passbook entries showing that as on 09.08.2024, the petitioner is having balance amount of Rs.1,62,312.89/-. Hence, she seeks a week's time to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- before the trial Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

rsi 3.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.69 of 2015 on the file of Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Tiruppur, on or before 10.09.2024. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 5.Post the case on 11.09.2024.
