(CRIME NO.364/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 18877 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.RAJAVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18877 of 2021 on 07.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
