pertaining to the attachment order dated 29.11.2017 made in C.E.P. No.04/2017-18, Na.Ka.No.14423/2017/F passed by the 4th Respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to lift the attachment order passed against the Petitioner's property and duly issue orders to the 3rd respondent for making necessary entries in the register of raise the attachment over the petitioner's property viz., House Site bearing Plot No.40 in the layout known as "Velan Nagar", measuring 1600 square feet (148.64 square meters), comprised in Survey Nos.359/10, 11, 12, 360/1, 2, 3, 4, totally measuring 2.00.0 Hectares (4.14 1/2 Acres) situate in Gangapuram Village, Erode Taluk and District.

ORDER
Questioning the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the impugned notice has to be questioned only before the Appellate Forum, which is the Assistant Director of Handloom and Textiles, Erode. When questioned about the violation of fundamental rights, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased the property way back in the year 2010, for which reasons, the attachment is improper. The said arguments are questions of facts and this Court does not find any violation of the fundamental rights to show any indulgence in the impugned notice. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed,
granting liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petition is closed. (K.Surender, J) 08-06-2026 cs To
