Seshavi ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking extension of time for the arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award for a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection for allowing this application.

2. Both the counsels would submit that arbitration is in the final argument stage. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the extension of one year period, as sought for in this application need not be granted and it would suffice if four months time is granted for the arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the arbitral award.
