Crl.M.P.No.15072 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15072 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.15023 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 pm until further orders as imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12088 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15023 of 2022 by order dated 10.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.12088 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15023 of 2022 by the order dated 10.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates till framing of charges and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the trial Court.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
