The 3rd plaintiff died, during the pendency of the suit. Her legal representatives were impleaded as the 6th and 7th plaintiffs. The name of the 6th plaintiff was given as Mr.Maghimai Doss.

2. This application has been filed seeking to amend the said name as Mr.Maghimai Johnson Doss.

3. Since, I hope that there would not be any identity crisis by such amendment, the application stands allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs may carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file the amended plaint copy to the learned counsel for the defendants.
