ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned.

This Writ Petition had been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring the petitioner, Dr.T.Prakash Rao, Rank No.137, as a selected candidate for the M.D.Siddha (Sirappu Maruthuvam), pursuant to examination conducted by the first respondent, for the Academic Session 2012-13, as per Clause 22 of the Prospectus issued by the first respondent.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted that the selection of candidates for the M.D.Siddha (Sirappu Maruthuvam), for the Academic Session 2012-13, had been completed, and therefore, the Writ Petition had become infructuous.

4. The said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent had not been refuted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
