This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9106 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023, dated 10.07.2023 that the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Arani Taluk Police Station on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
