PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Crl.P.C, praying to direct the 3rd respondent to add "Temple Administrator" as one of the accused person and to file a alternation report in Cr.No.313 of 2019 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.06.2019.

The petitioner has sought for a direction to add third respondent as one of the accused and file a alteration report in Crime No.313 of 2019.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that subsequently the 3rd respondent, as well as one Senthil Nathan, have been arrayed as accused and the offence has also been altered from Section 174 of Cr.P.C. to 304 (A) IPC. As such the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, no effective order can be passed in the present criminal original petition.
