The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 16.06.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the final report has been filed on completion of investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, petition to relax the condition is allowed and the condition is relaxed in toto.
