This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 16.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.8159 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.9166 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on summons if required by the Investigating Officer.
