The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.481 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case in Crime No.481/2015, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.67/2015 dated 31.02.2015.
