Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceeding FSE.1/143147/11 dated 12.3.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to count the training period from 1.9.77 to 31.8.78 and the half of the services of Daily Wages from October 1980 to 31.3.82 as qualifying services for pension and pay the revised pensionary benefits and arrears of pension within a stipulated period.
