ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.150 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged the complaint before the respondent police and stating that the petitioner along with three others have obtained loan amount of Rs.2,20,00,000/- for business purpose and also the said A1 has pledged his property document worth about 4 Crores for the same in Indian Bank, Vadapalani Branch. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner applied for loan for more than Rs.2,00,00,000/- by giving fake documents and investigation still pending and subsequently the case also registered in Crime No.127 of 2021 under the same offence. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter and investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
