This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment passed in CC.No.1092 of 2018 on the file of the learned IIIrd Fast Track Court, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennnai dated 21.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 95 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
