The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the complaint registered against unknown person for theft. After investigation found undetected and RCS report filed before the Judicial Magistrate on 19.03.2024. 3.

In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the view that no further order need be passed in this Criminal Original Petition as prayed. The petitioner or the respondent police if in future able to get any clue about the theft, same shall be taken note and investigation to be reopened.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
