PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the Cr.No.230 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chennimalai to any other competent investigation agency. For Petitioner : Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri For Respondents : Mr.C.Iyyapparaj Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the complaint came to be registered on 26.07.2019, there is no sufficient progress in the investigation. Hence, he seeks for transfer of investigation.

2.This Court is of the view that such ground cannot be appropriate to have the investigation itself be transferred. Nevertheless, if the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a stipulated time, the ends of justice would be secured.

3.In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.230 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
