ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in the FIR in Crime No.96/2019 dated 12.3.2019 on the file of the respondent police, Quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a week.

3.This Court is not inclined to interfere with the F.I.R. at this stage. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
