This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16035 of dated 26.07.2023 to report before the Chidambaram Town Police daily at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16035 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Chidambaram Town Police Station on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
