This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 58 days in preferring the above criminal appeal before this Court against the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court(Magisterial Level), Alandur, kancheepuram district mad ein CC.No.29 of 2020 dated 08.04.2024 acquitting all the respondent/accused from all the charges framed against them under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 58 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
